Lots of runaround. Employees are not on the same page. The story of service changed three times throughout my two hour appointment. Little trust to be had in management.

Appointment at 1:45 p.m. It's now 3 p.m. I already spoke with the employee. They told me I was next. I sit here, and they just pulled someone else in for tires. Not even good service.

I had an appointment to replace my tires at 5:30 pm. (I spent $1300 on new tires). I handed over my vehicle at 5:28 pm. I was told 1.5-2 hours. I’m still here, and my tires are still not on the vehicle at 9:10 pm. I haven’t receive any updates. Terrible customer service.

TLDR; Huge thanks to David, Paul and Kienan (also the team members at the front desk), who fixed the tires like a speedrun. I got to the tire center 20 minutes before closing (8:10pm~) . My front tire is completely broken after a long road trip and I really need to go to SD to visit a friend that I haven’t seen for 7 years the next day. After hearing our story, the whole team worked together and fixed all the issues. With their help, we safely get SD. For the love of God hire more people to service the line. Super long wait times just to make my appointment time. Had to reschedule because I obviously can't wait in here for two hours
