I've gotten two sets of tires now from Costco. They've always answered all my questions I've had in person and on the phone. Yes, they're busy, but I know that and plan accordingly. Waiting in line at the tire center register is the worst part of the whole experience, so I always try to call ahead to ask my questions.
Great customer service all around!
They’ve become so tyrannical with the entrance and exit policies comes off absolutely snobbish. Tire jobs never seem to finish on time as promised
The absolute worst customer service.
Do yourself a favor and stay away. Over two hours to change two tires and that's WITH an appointment. No real advantage over other tire places. No price advantage. No service advantage and apparently terrible logistics.
