I had my tires rotated there a few months ago and they broke the front bolt off the wheel. Then tried to refer me to their preferred shop to fix it, but did not offer reimbursement. It is costing me $220 to fix their mistake. Now I'm needing a tire replacement, but will not be going there!
My wife and I made an appointment to get a flat tire fixed at the Costco Tire Center on 500 Eubank Blvd SE. There was nobody at the tire center counter when we arrived so we walked around looking for someone. Finally a tall young man came out from the back door and instead of welcoming us he just pointed rudely toward the counter without talking.
