I was very disappointed by the salesperson who answered the phone. He was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. I took my business to Pep Boys and purchased my tires there. They were more expensive, but it was worth it to be treated properly. I had very bad customer service at this Costco and am reconsidering my membership.
Great customer service! Needed a new tire. They ordered it for me. Ed was very helpful. My tire came in quick. I highly recommend.
Garbage customer service. The service attendant was abrasive and not helpful when picking out tires. Costco did not call when my tires arrived into the store. I will not be coming back for my next set.
They don't explain anything and just pass the phone back and forth before hanging up.
I had posted a complaint of a very expensive issues they created on my tires, but Costco reimbursed me and all is good. thank you
