Certainly the worst and slowest Costco tire center I’ve ever been to. Had my tires rotated here twice. First time, they never called me when the car was done. Waited an hour and a half and finally went to the counter to inquire. Guy was route and just said, ‘oh yeah, sorry, guess we forgot to call’ second time it took a full 2 hours … and they forgot to call again. Ridiculous.
Walked in on an early Thursday afternoon without an appointment. Had been driving on a tire with low pressure for months and they took the thorough time to find the world’s tiniest nail and patch it up for me. My tires aren’t even from Costco and it only cost $11. Would’ve been free if I had Costco tires. Can’t beat the efficiency or cost. Will definitely be buying my tires from here when I’m due.
I've gotten two sets of tires now from Costco. They've always answered all my questions I've had in person and on the phone. Yes, they're busy, but I know that and plan accordingly. Waiting in line at the tire center register is the worst part of the whole experience, so I always try to call ahead to ask my questions.
Great customer service all around!
They’ve become so tyrannical with the entrance and exit policies comes off absolutely snobbish. Tire jobs never seem to finish on time as promised
