They tell you to make appointment and on day of appointment they tell you you need to come in early or they probably won't make it to your card today because they're understaffed and very busy. They also call you from a different phone dinner every time and don't answer when you call back. Once they actually do the job, the do it well and have a good warranty. It's just a shame service isn't better.

1:45pm tire appointment and not done 4 hours later. This is rediculous.

Bought 4 tires, scheduled an appointment, came early and dripped the car off. Came back in one hour after shopping, the car is untouched. Waited 2 more hours inside while they changed the tires. Never again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Costco Tire Center and was extremely disappointed with the service . The management and staff showed a lack of responsibility towards customers . The staff appeared disorganized and uninterested in providing quality service to the customers , how a reputable company like Costco would be able to treat the customers like this don’t try to loose the reputation with out giving customers a good service.
