While the service people are polite enough - They just give lip service. My appointment was for 11:30am on Sunday morning! They checked me in at 11:39AM Took my Jeep into the Bay 12:39PM I checked on the slow progress and at 2:03pm Only to see The technician was ready to mount the new White Wall tiers BACKWARDS! They inflated my tire to 15 psi and it was 11 Oz out of balance, which is insane. I had to go to another tire shop to find out this imbalance because of the shaking. These guys are beyond incompetent, they're dangerous to you and your property.
I am writing to express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received at Costco Auto, both when coming in to have my tires replaced and even for something as simple as purchasing a battery. Every time I have visited — without exception — I have had to wait at least an hour before receiving any assistance. I had a great experience getting new tires installed on my Highlander, thanks to Juan! It was my first time using this Costco Tire Center, and I quickly realized that each location operates a bit differently. I was initially confused—no signs or staff explained that I needed to park near the tire center, then go inside the small office on the left side of the Costco Warehouse to check in.
