One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had — and unfortunately, not just once, but three separate times. First visit: I went in for a simple tire plug. I waited about an hour and a half before they even touched my car. After all that waiting, they then told me the nail was too close to the edge and they couldn’t repair it. Got brand new tires, not a bad experience with that. However, about a month later, my tire had a side wall puncture, and unfortunately the warranty couldn’t cover it. I brought my car on Friday morning 12/19 as a walk in, and after several hours they called saying they would have to order a new tire and it would be a couple days. No problem, I just left my car there. Anyways, it’s now 12/26 and my car is still there.
