Worst customer service. Ordered and paid for a replacement tire on 1/21. I was told that they would call once the tire is delivered. Came by during shopping trip a week later on 1/28 to check the status of the tire since I have not heard from anyone. They told me there was no order and that they already replaced my tire? Proceed to tell me I am wrong. Finally, they order the tire again and tell me that they will contact me. Again, no contact. On another shopping trip, I stopped by. Horrible customer service. Ordered tires in person here and was told I will get the tires next day or day after and will get a call to schedule an appointment. No calls, I had to call to get an appointment few days later. I show up for my appointment and the guy who said he is a manager shows an extremely poor belligerent attitude. I had to speak to another manager and ask for someone else to work with. Do not go here for tire appointments. Horrible horrible service.
Horrible experience. 09/2025 update: Took a flat tire (only ~6K miles) to Costco to repair but discovered their 5-yr warranty is already void because Costco requires all tires sold by them to be rotated and balanced at Costco every 5K miles. When the tires were purchased, they never mentioned this stipulation openly. You have to read the fine prints and your car owner's services manual to get the details.
