Went in to get my lugs tightened they let me in @ 9:50a, they broke my hubcap and didn't even tell me..
Do not trust Costco auto deal programs. They send you to junk car repair shops that scam you completely.
Horrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to repair a tire that got a screw in it. When I called I stated I had attempted to repair it with a plug and the guy on the phone didn’t mention that me plugging it voids my warranty and there’s nothing they can do after that. So after an hour + of waiting (even with an appointment) I get a call saying that my warranty is no good and there’s nothing is nothing they can do. Every interaction I'd had with the tire center sucks. You might have an appointment at 3:00, but they have no way to filter drop ins from appointments so you'll end up waiting 20 minutes before even getting talk to. 2nd. The entire install for these tires was simply a poor job. They left all the grease on all 4 tires and all of the wheels. I had to try me best to wipe them all down when I got home. Id imagine greasy tires and wheels are not what you pay for.
