What a complete useless department for batteries at the Scottsdale store. Had two Interstate batteries in two years and now at 6 pm 3/11/24 I bring in the second battery for exchange. They inform me they do not have one in stock but two may or may not be at a Northwest Costco store. They do not offer to call and one also would need a helicopter to go West on 101 at this time of day. And when the employee said with no concern not one is in stock I said you got to be shitting me.
