This is a completely incompetent place. I had an appointment at 4pm and waited an entire 4 hours only to find out that they could not get 2 out of the 4 tires on properly even though they got 2 on already, on top of that, my friend who was the previous owner of my Mustang got his tires replaced at another Costco and they easily did all 4 in an hour. How can one place be so incompetent? If they don't have the proper tools to get the tires on properly, then I want the 70 bucks it costed me at another tire shop that easily got ... read more
Told us it was going to take an hour to an hour and a half to get two tires replaced…we have been waiting for 3 hours.
Best place to get tires. 5yr warranty, mount and balance. Rotations are free also. If you order tires they have in stock, you’ll be scheduled for install. Otherwise they order them and it only took two days to get mine in. Said it would be 45-1:30. I dropped it off 15min early and it took 2hrs and 30 min. Still happy with the price point and warranty. I do recommend.
