I bought set of tires and when driving home my tire light came on. I checked menu and none of the tires were showing psi. I took back and it was a mad house but they finally checked and said front sensor was bad. I just lost confidence in them and took to another tire center in which they said 2 sensors were bad. I had them to go ahead and repair. Costco needs a desk manager that stays at the front desk like most tire centers.
I came to change the tires and the staff was very quick. I am very satisfied with the tire service here.
Waited 3 hrs and 20 minutes to get tires rotated. I even had an appointment. And no apology was given.
Went to Costco today for my tires and Vinny was so informative and helpful. Highly recommend!
