Got 4 tires changed. Said it would take 1 hour. Took double that length. Lady who worked the front desk was not nice when asked how it was going. If you go, expect long waits and bad customer service
Technicians are always super helpful - can't find a cleaner, more professional shop that can match their quality, at the price point
Had an appointment at 12:15 today. How long should this take?? About an hour. For 2 tires? Ok an hour later truck still not being worked on. Ask what the delay is and said they got busy. Why make appointments when you let walk in traffic go ahead of another reservation? Frozen food will have to be swapped out. Totally not efficient and other tire stores are way faster, and match prices. Do not waste your time here. Way too small and cannot do what they promise.
