I hate bait and switch. Was looking around for 4 new tires. Normally get them at Discount tire. Was quoted at $1990 for all with sensors. When I called Costco, they said the could beat the price by $200. Now 2 months later the sensors are going out and the guy mis lead me that the sensors were not included. He said he would match and beat Discouts price which included sensors. Costco Tire service can stick it. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I HATE CHEATERS!!!!!

Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment for 2:30, and they didn't even look at the tires until 4:30. Then they proceed to tell us that the tires are looking good, when we said at drop off there was a chunk sticking out of one tire and another had an apparent split. They took another look and said those tires need to be replaced. What do the guys actually do there? The one job is to actually inspect the tires thoroughly, and give advice on what to do. Not at all living up to what I'd expect from Costco.

I’ve been a Costco member for 20+ years, I left my car here while traveling for work from Phoenix due to a flat. I flew home. My insurance company needed photos of the car. I called and spoke with someone, asked for 4 pics, side, side, front back. “I don’t feel comfortable doing that.” The only reason given. I am spending $2000 on tires. Lastly, I called 8 times over the course of 24 hours, 7 times after 16 ring (yes I counted) kicked back to general menu, the 8th time is when I got the response above.
