*English: It’s unacceptable to arrive one hour before closing — today, Sunday, June 29th, 2025 — at the Costco Tire Center at London Square in Kendall due to an urgent flat tire on my daughter’s car, and to receive such an unhelpful and unempathetic response. Mr. ANGEL showed no willingness to assist and simply refused service, falsely claiming there were too many cars waiting. I returned the tires and told myself that I would never order tires from Costco Tire Shop again. I came to the tire shop on Monday night to change the tires I purchased from them last week. Before the end of the shift, the tire shop technician told me that my wheel nuts needed to be replaced. The worst warranty service in all of Miami, we have replaced our tires here for a few years and even bought the full set, and they never seem to want to uphold their warranty. They claim that it’s the alignment, but I always align the car immediately after getting the tires replaced and Balanced. Not only that, but I’ve never heard of a tire center that does not carry the correct keys to be able to even replace the tires.
