Went there to ask prices, because I need a new set of tires, there was only one guy on the counter answering phonecalls, didn't even made eye contact or let me know that he was gonna attend to us, he answered phonecall after phonecall, very unpolite and lack of customer service, made us feel like nuisance...

*English: It’s unacceptable to arrive one hour before closing — today, Sunday, June 29th, 2025 — at the Costco Tire Center at London Square in Kendall due to an urgent flat tire on my daughter’s car, and to receive such an unhelpful and unempathetic response. Mr. ANGEL showed no willingness to assist and simply refused service, falsely claiming there were too many cars waiting.
