Easy to get same day appointment, difficult to get them to work on it within an hour of that appointment.

Poor customer service... - 15 minutes waiting at the counter with no rep (5 customers waiting) - The advisor gave us an estimated wait time of 45 min to an hour. The service took more than 3 hours (wasted my time waiting in the store). Ill will not comeback to this tire shop again.
