On Friday, 10/01/24, I went to Costc to have my tires rotate and balanced. It took them 3 an half hours. I also stood in line for 30 minutes to just check if my car was ready. They didn’t even have any chairs in their waiting area. I found a chair in the optometrist area. Next time I’m purchasing my tires at Discount Tires. Better service!!
The Costco Tire Center Team Look Up Set of 4 BFGOODRICH ALL TERRIAN ITires For My 2004 FORD Explorer I Wanted With The Best Price And Discount Costco Had. Hands Down Best Price We Looked And Looked . The Team Gave Us The Best Deal. Plus They Took The Time To Get Me The Correct Size. They Checked That Wouldn't Rub When Turning . They Also Gave Me A Printed Receipt With The Service That Came With Purchase Of The Tires. Really Appreciate The Team For That.
Waited 4 hours to get a set of tires with appointment . Clearly don’t care about customers. Even with manager saying they will validate my appt time, poor service.
The WORST SERVICE. I came to the tire center since 8:30 am to get fix a tire I bought at Costco , begining that they Open SOOO LATE 10 am, still the Tire Center personnel tell you will take 2 to 2 :30 hrs to fix a simple tire because you don't have an appoinment. It's passed 10:40 am and they just have 1 car inside Come one, like someone already said : A nail or piece of debris on the freeway won't tell you in advance that will be in your way and get you a flat tire. Just for a patched tire I have to wait 3 hrs and then after they put in the truck 1 1/2 hr to patch a tire. The guy said you have to make appointment with anticipation, in my mind, let me tell the nail to wait until I make appointment. "Go home and come back tomorrow" this little fella is amazing, ni en la Rosa de Guadalupe vi esto!!!
