Poor customer service... - 15 minutes waiting at the counter with no rep (5 customers waiting) - The advisor gave us an estimated wait time of 45 min to an hour. The service took more than 3 hours (wasted my time waiting in the store). Ill will not comeback to this tire shop again.
They do a good job but always take forever to have anyone help you or get the service done and don't even think about calling because they have only ever answered the phone once when I called.
Today I had tire valve stem that needed to be replaced ASAP! As the air was gradually leaking it was around 7:30 pm andpat tire shops were closed after going to my local tire shop I was told they couldnt help because the tire stem valve is connected to A TPS sensor, tire pressure sensor. So I decided to head on over to the Costco tire center where A J at Costco Tire Service Center helped us us with the most kindness ever mind you they were getting ready to close up for the day and the repair wasn't all that expensive.
