I'm sure the personnel that work with the tires are good, they looked professional and friendly. The one star is for the desk lady, I didn't get her name. I called for an appointment many times and nobody answer, finally she said "please hold on" and hang out a couple of times. Finally answer the phone, treated me very unprofessionally, didn't pay attention or listen, finally got the appointment and I re-check the time twice, as she was distracted I wanted to make sure. As another comment mentions Jacqui at the front desk is rude. I witnessed her be rude to several customers wether they had an appointment or not. When it was my turn she rolled her eyes when I asked her how long the wait was going to be. She needs training or not to be at the front desk. I left with out service. My Family & I have gone to this Costco since it was built & bought many tires. Low cost and great service! I made an appointment for a tpms sensor replacement. The mechanics walked me through the process and made sure that I was aware of everything and comfortable with the service/pricing. They were fast with the repair and I was out in an hour or less. Jackie at the front desk was lovely and very helpful! Thanks again!

i had my tires replaced on may 21, 2025, and also on June 2, 2025, Costco scanned my tire sensors replacing 2. On both occasions, Jacqui Flynn greeted me and handled my service. Jacqui is an exemplary employee - the best ever!!!
