Always had a good experience with this tire center
I was using the self-service air machine and needed some help, so I asked Nate. He was super helpful, nice, and quick to assist. He made sure my tires were properly filled. Great customer service!
Disappointing experience at the Costco Tire Center in Clearwater. I had spoken with a helpful male employee by phone beforehand, but the in-person service from Jacqui was unprofessional and dismissive. She laughed at me for not knowing my tire size and made unnecessary comments that were embarrassing, especially as a first-time tire buyer. They repair tires, they take walk-ins, but they can't tell you how long it will take. Expect 5-6 hours I guess
Got 4 new tires here in April. Great experience. Quick and friendly. Recently needed a new one due to road damage and they got me in the next day, swapped the tire in less than half an hour and prorated the cost. Not even 1 full day on a spare and the chore was easy. Solid 5 stars.
