Called to inquire about specific tires. Employee would not answer my question directly and instead chose to nit pick the type of tires I was asking for. I didn't call for opinions, I called to see if you could order the tires I asked for. There's a reason I asked for the ones I did, and it's none of your business why I want them.

Why are the pistachio Croissants discontinued?? Only thing worth buying in the Bakery. Not returning to this bs store.

Jacqui was an expert in her craft while being underpaid and under staffed. She is a little rough when you first talk to her, but if you treat her like a human being and understand her struggle at Costco tire she is a joy to be around. She went above and beyond what she needed to. Any other tire center that could afford her would be lucky to have her. 6 stars

Jacqui should be fired. She has a nasty attitude. She made me go back to her store twice becasue she deliberately "forgot" to give me back my core deposite for my battery. She did it on purpose because she didn't like the idea of me returning a battery. Which at that time she was very unfriendly as well. When I came in the second time, she picked up the phone and called a supplier and made me wait while she was put on hold. She didn't even acknowledge my presence.
