I made the appointment for 5:30pm and we were 15 minets early. It's going on 7:31 now and I am still waiting. It's 8:00 and they just started taking the tires off. Never had to wait that long before have to wonder if it was for political reasons.
I have been a member since 2001 and buy everything at Costco. I purchased four tires for my truck, and they scrapped two on my wheels during installation. I had to complete an incident form I didn't get a copy of. A few days later, I received a phone message from an insurance adjuster in Missouri.
