I made an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes on a very busy day. Best experience ever! Angel checked me in and was so helpful, polite and respectful. When I first called for an appointment he said why don't we do it this afternoon! Javier balanced, rotated, and filled my tires. He's very knowledgeable and I had a question he patiently answered without rushing me. Genuine concern for me and he made me feel like he truly cared about getting everything just right! Best service I ever experienced. I was worried at first because some of the recent reviews, but my experience here was completely opposite. I went to the inside counter to purchase tires and schedule an appointment for installation. Someone was already at the counter so I didn't need to wait. The guy behind the counter was 100% professional. I only wanted two tires replaced and he didn’t try to hassle or up-sell me and told me when the tires would come in. Crappie service. Go to the Discount Tire in the same shopping center
Terrible service. If could give zero stars I would. They didn't call to let me know the tires arrived. Have not answered the phone in two days and had to come to the store to find out. They make you wait forever to confirm an appointment.
