I arrived at the Costco Tire Center two hours before closing with a flat tire, but was turned away. I was told there were others in the same situation and that they don't service Goodyear tires. I understand limitations, but it was frustrating and disappointing-especially since no other tire shops were open at the time. What made it worse was that I ended up calling a mobile tire service, and they came and fixed the flat right in front of the Costco Tire Center, while staff inside offered no assistance. The technician and the front desk are very polite and professional. They are great.
Ruben provided outstanding service. He listened carefully to my concerns about the sidewall damage, thoroughly inspected the issue, and took it seriously, prioritizing my safety and placed an replacement tire order. His expertise and customer-focused approach made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his commitment to excellence.
Came in with a flat tire at around noon (when they close at 7) and was told they were too busy and unable to take it. Was advised they are scheduling appointments for around 2 Weeks out. Drove 5 minutes away to Tires Direct and they looked at it, repaired it, and aired it up in five minutes. Cringey for a place that wants you to pay for a membership.
4 pm a certified Costco Tire technician measures the tread and says put your name on the waitlist and we will call you if time permits and perform rotation today, they call and I drop off the car and later receive a call that these tires are too low in tread and all 4 need a change, I asked them if balancing is good to be done and they said YES, later I see the car parked in the lot and NOTHING was done, 2 extra trips because of lack of staff training and possible lack of wanting to perform work.
