Had an appt today at 11:30 for a simple balance and rotation. Checked in timely. TWO HOURS later I finally get the text that the car is ready. Two hours is ridiculous for this basic service. What good is it to make an appt? When I picked up the car and expressed my frustration all I got was a surly look and my car keys shoved at me. No apology. Customer service has steadily declined at this location. The next time I need tires, I won’t be giving Costco my business.
Extremely rude staff
I arrived at the Costco Tire Center two hours before closing with a flat tire, but was turned away. I was told there were others in the same situation and that they don't service Goodyear tires. I understand limitations, but it was frustrating and disappointing-especially since no other tire shops were open at the time. What made it worse was that I ended up calling a mobile tire service, and they came and fixed the flat right in front of the Costco Tire Center, while staff inside offered no assistance.
