Didn’t take my car even if they were open, manager name is Mike. Didn’t even try, I came 40 minutes before they close, didn’t let me in to just patch the tire. Disappointed
Took car for tire rotation today and they broke 2 wheel lug nuts. The costco technician told me to buy new ones from Napa auto parts.
Ordered tires online, got shipping notification, and arrival notification. Was at store picking up groceries and decided to see about scheduling an appointment. Supervisor said tires were in and they could do it now. Made arrangements to get there car there, got the car there, and went back up to counter. They couldn’t find my tires. Saying they actually were not delivered. Showed them my arrival notification and they said they are someone else’s tires. Cancelled my tires and went to Sam’s club. Very disappointed with the young man at the counter. He was rude and would not check me in because I was 20 mins early to my appointment on 7/25. Instead he helped other people in line behind me because “they were there for pick up.” I’ve had other cars serviced here and this was the first time having bad experience.
I came in at 11:00 am with a flat tire and desperately asking for help, but they refused service claiming they are too busy. I will be canceling my Costco membership.
