Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes in line just to get to the front counter. Insane
I have no complaints about the workers or quality of tires and work. What’s ridiculous is how long it takes for anything to happen. 1. I waited in line two separate times to talk to a worker and both times took longer than 30 min to get to the front of the line 2. I called and was put on hold for 16 minutes. I let them know I was outside ready for the torque check (takes 2 minutes to do), and I waited for another 30 minutes just for someone to come out and help.
