Overall an awesome team but Ross is great!
Ross does an amazing job and is incredibly helpful and personable. He never tries to pull anything over us, he’s always straight forward and honest. We go here literally just because he works there. If you are in need of any tire services go to the Pocatello Costco and ask for Ross!
Overworked and understaffed. The people who work there are awesome but they are set up for failure.
I made an appointment for 11:30 AM to have my tires rotated. I waited at CostCo, sitting on their hard benches in the food court. At 12:56 I was texted and the message read that my car was ready. When I went to the service desk the worker informed me that they had no record of my tires being rotated in the specified time so my warranty was no longer valid. I recently visited the Pocatello Costco Tire Center for scheduled tire maintenance and left with serious concerns about both the customer experience and the transparency of Costco's tire warranty program.
