Terrible experience today. If you didn’t have to pick a star to leave a review, I wouldn’t. Went in a couple of weeks ago and was told tires were going on sale and we should order later. Our previous set of tires, also purchased at Costco, had less than half the miles they should have for warranty, so an employee named Mike came out to measure our tread depth and give us an estimate of the warranty money we could expect back. Stopped in today to shop before traveling home to Nevada my daughter saw a screw in our tire they worked us in and made sure we were safe to get back on the road. The staff was professional and very helpful. I would recommend Costco tire center in Pocatello for tire service they were very accommodating.
I ordered tires on 6-4, they said the tires would be in on 6-10. Their computer said they came in but on 6-12 they couldn't find them so reordered them. Now the computer says they will be in on 6-18. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't already pay over $500. I doubt I will ever buy tires from Costco after this.
