I'm Very disappointed in the service I got at the Chico Costco tire center! I purchased 4 new tires for a hefty price in early October, and as they were being installed a mechanic broke one of the studs. I was told this is a common problem with Subarus and that Costco does not fix what it broke, and I could either have them take off all the new tires or take my vehicle Somewhere Else to get what they broke, fixed. I have an appointment elsewhere now to have it fixed/replaced, and I have no idea how much more I will have to p... read more

I got a great deal on my tires and I love them and Costco tire center takes care of your tires for the life of them
Re tires: Buying the tires is a process. They recommend you go in person to purchase the tires. The line is a bit slow as they are understaffed. Then you make an appointment once the tires arrive. The appointment took an hour and a half. The next day my tire went flat on the freeway on-ramp at night with my husband and dog in the car. I drove on it flat for a short distance to move it to the shoulder. AAA put on my spare so I drove it back to Costco. They saw me immediately which was nice.
