I just came back from Canada where Service people actually try to help you and they understand customer service. Costco tires is the epitome of what's wrong with American businesses. My appointment was supposed to be at 6:30 I got there at 6:22. Was told that it was supposed to be at 6:15 and they wouldn't help me now because I was 10 minutes over. But if someone had been at the front desk I would've been there well within the 10 minutes. Instead I had to wait for someone to come to the service desk And then he meandered out... read more
I'm Very disappointed in the service I got at the Chico Costco tire center! I purchased 4 new tires for a hefty price in early October, and as they were being installed a mechanic broke one of the studs. I was told this is a common problem with Subarus and that Costco does not fix what it broke, and I could either have them take off all the new tires or take my vehicle Somewhere Else to get what they broke, fixed. I have an appointment elsewhere now to have it fixed/replaced, and I have no idea how much more I will have to p... read more
