This place is an absolute mess of people and their location spews that out into the local neighborhoods making it impossible to drive or live anywhere near it. That remains true once you go inside of the store, it’s basically a mosh pit of people trying to get their shopping done quickly and people who like to hang out in the middle of the isles counting the tiles on the floor.

My husband bought a set of "all terrain" tires and they started to deuterate like we've never seen before on the top where the tread is. It must've been a very rare bad batch of tire or something because it effected one really bad and two more not as bad but still compromised. We figured it wasn't that terrible considering they were well within the warranty and Costco takes care of their customers. This was not the case. Never answers their phone. Called multiple times & got the voicemail lady to only be forwarded again. At least answer your phone & put me on hold vs ignoring the phone ringing

Buyer beware! Will only mount the stock size tire to your vehicle even if it's lifted. Refused to calibrate TPMS sensors because they weren't OEM. Basically, Costco is unable to complete basic tire shop work unless everything is stock. Wasted my time, which is more valuable than whatever I might have saved. First and last purchase.
