Came in to put on our winter tires. Said they were running 2 1/2 hours behind. Called us to let us know they wouldn't put on our winter tires and we needed new tires (after we waited). Not in stock so we had to order and wait for them to arrive before we could schedule a new appointment to have them installed. Got the call, made the appointment, and showed up 10 minutes late due to a pet emergency. They didn't care and made us reschedule. Richard at the Tire Center was amazing!
They were very helpful in resolving a battery issue I was having after I had called many other repair facilities.
This place is an absolute mess of people and their location spews that out into the local neighborhoods making it impossible to drive or live anywhere near it. That remains true once you go inside of the store, it’s basically a mosh pit of people trying to get their shopping done quickly and people who like to hang out in the middle of the isles counting the tiles on the floor.
My husband bought a set of "all terrain" tires and they started to deuterate like we've never seen before on the top where the tread is. It must've been a very rare bad batch of tire or something because it effected one really bad and two more not as bad but still compromised. We figured it wasn't that terrible considering they were well within the warranty and Costco takes care of their customers. This was not the case.
