I truly don't know if Costco is hiring employees with little to no knowledge or is trying to abuse their loyal customers. I came as a walk-in with a flat tire that needed repairing or replacing. Instead of being spoken to about my car in person, I received a phone call while waiting in the food court. The maintenance man on the other end, working on my car, was outright rude.
