George who is supposed to be a supervisor doesn’t know the even the basics of good customer service. Terrible experience. Wasted 2 hours to get nothing. Not to mention the terrible way of communication. I thought Costco is big on customer service but not in this location. Now I’m reading the other reviews, it seems nobody care about all the 1 star reviews that they’re getting. Don’t waste your time and do your tires here.
Not only will this place waste your time, they'll give you terrible service on top of it. I've never seen a tire shop run so inefficiently. If you're reading this, believe the negative reviews and find yourself another shop
I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at this Costco Tire Center. I ordered new tires for my vehicle and received a call four days before my scheduled appointment saying the tires had arrived. Based on that, I came in the same day expecting a smooth installation — only to be told they actually didn’t have my tires in stock. After waiting over three hours, they ended up reinstalling my original tires. Ever since, my vehicle has had a shaking issue that wasn’t there before.
