terribly rude and abrupt. i tried to avoid an object on the road but couldn't swerve enough and it totally slashed and blew one tire. luckily it happened right around costco in sugar land - where i had bought the original tires from - so i took it there. at first the rep said it would be covered under the road hazard warranty (but hadn't looked at it yet). communication was very poor but in the end i understood that they would remove the tire and reach out to us with more information. this was at around 9.30 am and he said i... read more

George was incredibly helpful when I had an emergency with my car that required service. Despite being incredibly busy with appointments and being understaffed, he worked as efficiently as possible and communicated well. Thank you so much!
The auto technician Tuan H simply lied. He could not put the put all of the lug nuts back on. He said that that it was recommended that that lug nuts be replaced every 60,000 miles, and that since my car had 132,000 miles, that this was the reason. There is no such recommendation, and anyone can check this online. He also said that driving with a missing lug nut was not a safety issue. With the lies, all trust has been destroyed. Since I can get ahold of them, I will need to follow up with BBB with a claim.
Stay away. They did not tighten the lug nuts correctly on one of my tires, damaging my wheel studs and resulting in $900 of damage. This is the first bad experience I have had with Costco, will not be returning.
