Had my tires rotated today. It was fine until they tire center could not find my keys. The whole tire staff was looking for my keys. I did get very frustrated and angry witj the guy looking for my keys. Im disabled with a cane in the heat waiting for them to find my keys. And that gentleman was telling me to calm down like it wasn't a big deal. After looking my keys were found in another customer's Toyota highlander. Worst customer service
Worst customer service ever!
June 27th, 2025 It is really shocking how this costco remains the worst one in the valley. Rude staff in the tire center and extremely unhelpful. Asked if they could air up a tire since the self service pumps were down, he says theirs are down too but I can do it with his hose. Then just drops the hose on the ground and points at it. Horrible service every time I go I have to end up going putting air in my tires. They say they do tire rotation but it’s the second time I take it and they don’t actually rotate the tires.
Compared to other tire centers I have worked with, they are not the best with their warranty coverage, there seems to be more fine print, and they come up with more ways not to. Long story why they declined my service, but Sun Devil Auto replaced my tires. Another time, my wife needed 1 tire replaced, because it went flat. They had the tire in stock, but they refused to help, and they some made BS excuse about the vehicle. You cant count on this place. Better off buying used tires from Llantera than coming here.
