Love Danny! He was super accomadating and made a difficult tire replacement a breeze. Definitely will be coming back to this specific tire center. He had to order me a new tire and get it shipped from California, once it came to the warehouse the tire center was able to give me an appointment the same day and it was a resolved in a speedy manner.
Took my vehicle in yesterday for a flat tire. Not only did they tell us the tire was not repairable, and needed to be replaced, they also proceeded to tell us that all tires should be replaced, to the tune of $800. Mind you the tires are only 2 years old. We told them no and I took it to my normal mechanic today. Not only were they able to fix the flat with a patch, they also said my tires have about 60% life left. And it only cost $20! Went to Costco because it’s closer and it was a Sunday. Worse customer service. Every time I go to this store is the same. Unfortunately is the closest one to my place.
I purchased four new tires from Costco during their Black Friday sale. I made my appointment for this past Sunday. I arrived on time for my appointment, dropped off my car, and was told it would take an hour to complete putting on the new tires. My husband and I left Costco, went to the Dutch Bros nearby, and by the time we got out of the Dutch line, I got a text saying my car was ready! It literally took about 30 minutes to complete.
