Worse customer service. Every time I go to this store is the same. Unfortunately is the closest one to my place.
I purchased four new tires from Costco during their Black Friday sale. I made my appointment for this past Sunday. I arrived on time for my appointment, dropped off my car, and was told it would take an hour to complete putting on the new tires. My husband and I left Costco, went to the Dutch Bros nearby, and by the time we got out of the Dutch line, I got a text saying my car was ready! It literally took about 30 minutes to complete. Muy buen servicio de calidad
Had my tires rotated today. It was fine until they tire center could not find my keys. The whole tire staff was looking for my keys. I did get very frustrated and angry witj the guy looking for my keys. Im disabled with a cane in the heat waiting for them to find my keys. And that gentleman was telling me to calm down like it wasn't a big deal. After looking my keys were found in another customer's Toyota highlander. Worst customer service
