Great experience at Costco Tire Service Center. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They handled my tire service quickly and made sure everything was done right. Pricing is fair and the value is excellent compared to other shops. I appreciate their professionalism and consistency every time I visit.
Great staff, excellent service. I arrived at Costco Tire Center (Houston, on Ricmond St) at 8:28 pm today, (8:30 close), but Jackson is super friendly! He checked my flat tire and said it still is under warranty! He is right and very professional, because I bought four tires from a car dealer last July, not more than 12 months. Thank you so much to Jackson and the team for putting on my spare tire, they’re very busy but they made time. I left Tire Center at 8:50 pm. Saved my day!
They are slow. Promised 1 hour but still waiting. Been 2.5 hrs
