Worse customer service tire costco
The most bureaucratic tire service ever to exist. My car had a blown out tire and all I simply wanted to do was BUY ONE TIRE. “Hey Mr. Aron (the service tech), this is the tire size I need. Now, sell me your cheapest one.” The guy looked at me as though I was speaking Chinese. Dude…just sell me one tire. Great place to buy tires but a terrible place to have the tires fixed. Waited over 2 hours to have a slow leaking tire fixed and I had an appointment to have it done. That's pretty much inexcusable. Who manages this crazy nonsense? Whoever it is has no management experience whatsoever...
This Costco Tire Center place micro manages and has terrible customer service. I had an appointment set up and scheduled weeks prior for tire rotation, and waited over two hours inside Costco on standby for them to tell me over two hours later, that it has been moved down two more hours at least. So when you have an appointment at 4pm, get there early by 40 minutes and they tell you they one won’t honor there 5 year warranty unless you can show proof that the tires have been rotated which they have by myself personally at home. And then they have you sit there till the end of the day to tell you all of this information and that the can’t order the tire to another location, and no location has that time in the entire Texas region.
