Usually get alright service but. So they scheduled the appointment under my husband's name and couldn't figure anything out even though I gave them my last name it was their fault for scheduling my appointment under my husband's name in the first place. Refusing to scan my membership card that's tied to the account that has the appointment which would have saved them 10 min. Then they took 2x the amount of time I was quoted which I did plan to have extra time but no one wants to schedule an appointment and have to wait 2hrs.... read more
I was told my one store rep that the tire was available in inventory and my appointment was confirmed. I went next day for my appointment at the time of appointment and then I was told by another rep that the tire would have to ordered and won’t be here for four days. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Awful tire center experience. After explaining that I was traveling with my family and got a flat tire late last night the employee smugly asked if I had an appointment for service. At 10am on Friday the soonest he said he could get me in was 3pm Saturday. A tire center that doesn’t allow time slots for walk-ins, specifically for a single flat repair is missing the customer service mark. I went to another tire store across the street and they had me patched and back on the road in 30 minutes!
