Been a Costco tire customer for years. I bought my tires at the Costcos in Georgia and always had amazing service. This location was the complete opposite. They do not care for their customers and the staff have little to no attention to detail. For the high prices they charge, one would think the service would be top notice. Absolutely terrible. I bought two new tires for installation at this location. Set an appointment at 4:45pm the next day 10-22-2024. Showed up at 4:30 to be considerate. Was told the change of tires should take approximately 1hour to 1 hour and a half. A little long but whatever. Dash cam shows they dont get into the car till 5:20pm. Also shows they dont get started on the tires till 6pm. Its not until 7:20 pm when my car is returned to me for TWO TIRE CHANGES. almost THREE HOURS. Icing on the cake?
