Their good customer service was absent today! I had knee surgery and am temporarily on a cane. I purchased two new tires for $400.00. They were ordered and I made an appointment to install them. I arrived early to have the tires installed. There was not a designated waiting area and the indoor food court was full. I was forced to sit outside in near 100 degree weather for about two hours. On December 14th 2023 Costco food court old employee name John I'm disabled and I'm using the electric shopping cart Mr John telling me to move my cart blocking people so I did move the second time because a lot of people at Costco at the time I told him what do you want me to do about it I can't move electric cart so I got up and left.
Tires??? We bought them, called when they came in and set up appointment, husband drove over an hour, been waiting over 2 and a half hours... Still waiting and still has the drive home when they close so employees probably home before him :( Costco zero from me. Minus zero.
