Very bad service ; there’s no point of making an appt they will still take their sweet time for a rotation and balance 4 hour wtf?! Incompetents.. flat tires 5 hour wait .. cotsco needs to do better I hope they the replace the whole team including management.

Horrendous service. Yea prices are cheap. However, if you get a flat it's obviously unplanned. They have already made sale off of you. Anyhow with a flat and as a walk in you dropped car off at opening they called one hour prior to closing if I was lucky which means they had my car from 9-5 for a flat to repair a nail in tire. My other experience was broke bolt the one for lug nut. I was on my way out of town getting a new set of tires. They wanted to order parts keep my car until whenever.
