Told by 3 locations they have zero walk ins available for warranty repair (wild). So I made an appointment for the next day and waited 2 1/2 hours at Costco for them to tell me I only had $153 credit but they didn't have the tires in stock but I could come back in 5 to 7 days when they are ordered in. So I had to drive 40 miles on a donut back roads to another Costco when they opened. The second Costco measured my remaining tread and gave me $198 back in credit. I would go somewhere else for tires! Prices are fair & the added services sound good, but in reality there is no customer service at this location specifically when it comes to their free flat repair service they advertise. I was told make an appt. or to leave car & they’ll get it done by 7pm. This was 3 in the afternoon. Even worse is they offered to top off my air & send me in my way! Very bad service ; there’s no point of making an appt they will still take their sweet time for a rotation and balance 4 hour wtf?! Incompetents.. flat tires 5 hour wait .. cotsco needs to do better I hope they the replace the whole team including management.
TONY from costco tires in salinas he was really professional and knowledgeable. It was a long time waiting but he was always really responsive and caring with customer service. He went beyong to help me. Good experience with tire center, thank you to Tony.
