I had a great experience with this location. I unknowingly purchased run flats online. Jose educated me that run flats are designed for cars that don’t necessarily have a spare. Run flats actually cost more, wear faster, and cannot be patched. I called online, canceled my order and Jose helped me fulfill a new order in store. I got my tires installed same day and saved $200. I definitely recommend Costco for your tires and this location was very helpful!
2:30-3h wait for a simple tire repair where most shops will have you out in 15minutes. This also hasn’t been a one off thing. You probably have no chance of your car being returned on time unless your the first appointment of the day. I would search locally for actually tire shops and steer clear from Costco unless you really have to.

Above and beyond customer service. They helped me with my flat tire as a walk in customer. They were swamped with customers the weekend before the thanksgiving rush. I am beyond grateful for helping me get home safely. Highly recommend Costco’s tire service.
Told by 3 locations they have zero walk ins available for warranty repair (wild). So I made an appointment for the next day and waited 2 1/2 hours at Costco for them to tell me I only had $153 credit but they didn't have the tires in stock but I could come back in 5 to 7 days when they are ordered in. So I had to drive 40 miles on a donut back roads to another Costco when they opened. The second Costco measured my remaining tread and gave me $198 back in credit.
