I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Costco Tire Center on Hammer Lane in Stockton. I normally go to Goodyear for my tires and always receive good, professional service there. This time I came to Costco for my wife’s car, and to my surprise, I was told I had to show proof of every tire rotation since the car was purchased (over five years ago) in order to get warranty coverage. I didn't like
We were in long road trip but had a flat tire. Mr. Neng and coworker fixed it in one hour although we did not have appointment due to the situation.
The guys here are rude and huff and puff the whole time you need their help.
