Worst service ever! Came to my appoint on time and they come to tell me that they can’t help me because they forgot to tell me about a key that I to bring. Worst customer service on Miguel’s behalf. A simple tire repair to cover a nail hole wasn’t on their agenda I guess. I would much rather have everyone support local tire shops that can assist you in less than 10 minutes.
Worst ever customer service,i had a brand new car tire flat,went in to buy a new one and took just the wheel with me ,the guy on counter was rude made me wait 20 minutes and said we have the tire for 205$ i said ,ok put it on,then suddenly he is out of stock ,look in the computer and confirmed lodi costco have it,i went to lodi ,they had it ,confirmed and i paid 299$ for it,when i unload the heavy wheel 5 mintues walk from my car( lodi costco tire donot have parking on the front,office is inside costco) than the tech.whisper... read more
I r recently purchased tires from Costco on Hammer For my daughter‘s car normally I would’ve went to American tires but because it’s Costco, I thought it would. I would get a good price It was a customer service from your manager. He needs customer service skills very rude. Didn’t mind taking my money, But when I asked him which tires I was getting, he just pointed to the Rack of tires He said they would be like that one Very unprofessional, very rude individual and being a manager !!! I found it very offensive
I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Costco Tire Center on Hammer Lane in Stockton. I normally go to Goodyear for my tires and always receive good, professional service there. This time I came to Costco for my wife’s car, and to my surprise, I was told I had to show proof of every tire rotation since the car was purchased (over five years ago) in order to get warranty coverage. This requirement was never explained when the tires were purchased, and it felt unreasonable and unfair. What made the situation... read more
