I got a flat tired today , so I went to Costco Turlock location, and I lost my time the guy was Hector he told me they can fix it but I wait like 1 hour while I’m doing my shopping thinking they we’re fixing my tire, and he never call me to explain that they can’t not fix because I have 3 nails on different tires , when I go to ask if was ready , he said ohh we can’t fix it because your tires are worn out, so he said you need to purchase all new it’s 800 dls , I tell him I’m not going to buy it, I just need a quick fix to ar... read more

I ordered my tires online and I get called today offering me an appointment to get them installed. I was offered a later in the day appointment. I get it schedule and arrive 20 minutes early. Drop off the car and then walk around the store while I wait for it to be done. Return 30 minutes later to wait by the tire center and wait another 30 minutes inquire about it being worked on and waiting another hour to get the car back. 2 hours after dropping off my key and almost 20 minutes before store closing I finally get my car ba... read more

I feel sorry for the guys working at the counter. There are usually only one or two guys at the counter and several people in line. Meanwhile, they have to answer the phone and keep the people in line waiting. For me, this is the norm not the exception!

Paid 1035 for 4 michellin tires good warranty but 2 days later i get a nail in it and need to take it to costco to fix it , u would think nope! You have to make appointment! Aand he recommended to swap it out for the spare and still make appointment for the next day from 4pm to 5pm. Look dude i have to take kids to school in my car and go to work i need my car for tomorrow. Sorry cant help you today. Never again first and last
