Why does their Google Maps say that the tire shop is open until 8:30 at Costco yet I show up to get my tire fixed and nobody was there, I called and no answer, just an animated bot that wasted 10 minutes of my time
I asked if they knew how to drive a manual transmission vehicle prior to handing over the keys. The man behind the counter said they did. I watched my dashcam footage and the person driving my car stalled after confusing reverse for 1st gear. I won’t be back.
Ugly service , never come back
I got a flat tired today , so I went to Costco Turlock location, and I lost my time the guy was Hector he told me they can fix it but I wait like 1 hour while I’m doing my shopping thinking they we’re fixing my tire, and he never call me to explain that they can’t not fix because I have 3 nails on different tires , when I go to ask if was ready , he said ohh we can’t fix it because your tires are worn out, so he said you need to purchase all new it’s 800 dls , I tell him I’m not going to buy it, I just need a quick fix to ar... read more
I ordered my tires online and I get called today offering me an appointment to get them installed. I was offered a later in the day appointment. I get it schedule and arrive 20 minutes early. Drop off the car and then walk around the store while I wait for it to be done. Return 30 minutes later to wait by the tire center and wait another 30 minutes inquire about it being worked on and waiting another hour to get the car back. 2 hours after dropping off my key and almost 20 minutes before store closing I finally get my car ba... read more
