Always buy my tires at this outlet. Mike the supervisor it's superior when it comes to customer service. Actually everybody in the tire department, we're awesome, very helpful. Was in and out in roughly 1hr. Had new tires put on. Everything went smoothly.
I had an appointment. I was there at 10 AM when they opened. Somehow I was number three or four in line. They said it’d be an hour to hour and 20 minutes. It’s been almost 2 hours so far.
They were great at getting me an appointment quickly when needed and even allowed me to change the appointment time the day of. However, I was told installing the tires would take 1-1.5 hours and it took 3 hours. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told my wheels were a difficult shape. I would have been fine with the extra wait but would have appreciated if I had been told this as soon as they realized it would take longer, rather than me having to be the one to ask.
