Just the worst every time. Each time they act like they can’t find my car in the computer system, until they do after 10 minutes. Every employee is disgruntled. I made a 1pm appointment for today 2 days ago, well in advance for a simple tire rotation only. I dropped my off car at 12:30, by 1:35p my car hadn’t even been looked at, others had been waiting longer. Very disappointed with the service at the Costco Tire Center in Durham. I dropped off my car for a tire rotation and balance, and after waiting more than two hours, my car still hadn’t been touched. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and customer service are needed. The workers had no remorse for making a customer feel this way. This was a frustrating experience.
I may be one of the lucky ones but I love the place, 10 out of 10!!! I have bought tires, and used their free rotation for the past 11 years, for three different cars. Yes, they get busy, but it takes time to talk with someone because they ask you so many questions to make sure that they do everything right. Prices are a bargain for what you get in quality and service follow up.
Terrible wait time. After being told it would 1-1.5 hours I waited for 2.5 hours when they told me the vehicle was ready. I waited another half hour for them to check out the vehicle and bring me the keys.
