Out of town and the night before noticed I had a flat tire. I made an appointment for 12:15 the next day (Sunday). Came at 11 am in hopes they could repair and I could be on my way back home. I had an appointment and they called me and begged me to come in an hour earlier. I hurried up to get there and they took 2 hours to change my tires with a half empty shop. First and last time doing business here.
While shopping, I got the call my car was ready from rotation of my tires, after shopping I went got my keys and went to get my car in the parking lot out back on the side, couldn't find my car, mind you with a shopping cart. I looked around out in the parking lot, no where to be found, out of complete breath, went back inside to ask where my car was, someone from the back had to come and look for my car, they had parked my car behind Costco at the trees, knowing there was a handicap place card hanging on the mirror.
Even with an appointment and tires purchased in advance, over 2.5 hours wait to replace tires. (After they told me no more than 1.5 hours. At least be honest and upfront so that I can plan with accurate info.)
I went in to buy a car battery knowing the exact type I needed for my make and model. When I went to check out, Jabari told me that the one I asked for was not the correct kind, convinced me that Costco.com was wrong, and I needed a different kind. I trusted him and purchased his suggestion only to get home and realize it didn’t fit. I went back to exchange the battery for the original one I asked for and was helped by a different attendant.
