I have been a Costco Executive Member / member for many many years. Moved from up north to Greenville. Tires bought at costco and scheduled an 11:30 appointment for a tire rotation. Did my shopping (frozen food included) car was not ready until 1:30. We all know that a tire rotation takes 15 min. I will be purchasing tires from a local shop for all my vehicles moving forward. How can they claim "we are busy right now" when all appointments were made several days prior to the days start? Is this a management problem? Yes, Yes... read more
Ordered new tires online. They arrived quickly. I got an automated text asking me if I wanted to make an appointment earlier than what I had originally scheduled. Got in same day. Austin greeted me with a smile and checked me in. It took a reasonable amount of time to put four tires on. Happy with the service overall. Price, warranty, protection and free rotations make it worth it.
Overpromise under deliver. Why do I need appointment if even hour after I drop my car they didn’t start working on it?
This might be the worst tire purchase I have ever experienced in my 62 years on this rock. Tried to order on line, nope have to come into the store. Went to the store, ordered and paid for tires. Tried to set install appointment..Nope can't do that till tires arrive, you will get a call....nope no call, I had to call 5 times, then call the management desk to get someone to ask the tire center to answer the phone.
