This might be the worst tire purchase I have ever experienced in my 62 years on this rock. Tried to order on line, nope have to come into the store. Went to the store, ordered and paid for tires. Tried to set install appointment..Nope can't do that till tires arrive, you will get a call....nope no call, I had to call 5 times, then call the management desk to get someone to ask the tire center to answer the phone. The worst possible tire repair experience so far, if I could mark it as "negative star" - I would. Drove the car to the Costco tire center, at the scheduled appointment, in order to repair flat tire on a tire recently bought at Costco (this is why I scheduled repair here, free - covered by warranty). Repair was done for free, no issues there - but car had to be towed away from Costco tire center. Worst tire buying experience ever. Used to love Costco, but they have really gone downhill. Timeline of events: 7/18/25 Ordered 4 tires online and scheduled install for projected time of tire arrival (3 -5 days). 7/29/25 Installation booking cancelled because tires had not arrived at tire center. Shipping status continued to show tires transferred to carrier but no tracking number was ever posted.
