The worst possible tire repair experience so far, if I could mark it as "negative star" - I would. Drove the car to the Costco tire center, at the scheduled appointment, in order to repair flat tire on a tire recently bought at Costco (this is why I scheduled repair here, free - covered by warranty). Repair was done for free, no issues there - but car had to be towed away from Costco tire center. Worst tire buying experience ever. Used to love Costco, but they have really gone downhill. Timeline of events: 7/18/25 Ordered 4 tires online and scheduled install for projected time of tire arrival (3 -5 days). 7/29/25 Installation booking cancelled because tires had not arrived at tire center. Shipping status continued to show tires transferred to carrier but no tracking number was ever posted. The attitude of the desk staff is insane!! Excuses, made up “policies”, and if you stand up and complain they will hold you hostage. Told them to take the tires off, I’ll go somewhere else and was told it would be 5 hours. This Costco location has been going downhill for years. The tire department at the Greenville location is the worse to deal with. This coming from a member for 23 years.
