I had an appointment for a tire installation at 11.00 hrs. At 05.00 hrs and at 05.10 hrs I received text messages ( not from Costco ) reminding me of my appointment. I was not happy to wake up that early. The car was not ready at the promised time. The tire pressure was off on all four tires by max. 4.5 psi., valve stem caps were not matching any more etc. The whole experience was more than disappointing because too many things went wrong. My decision - Costco Tires - definitely not again.
