I only got 45,000 miles out of 80,000 warranty. Because I missed a rotation I am not eligible to any proration on a new set of tires. Why buy a tire with a 80,000 warranty? Buy a cheaper tire that will last the warranty! The warranty means nothing. I get an average of 35 mpg so not a a crazy driver.

Yes, there is a line and a bit of wait but well worth it. Best deal on tires I’ve found so far. Took their time changing out my tires which aren’t the easiest to replace but treated my car as if it were their own. Wish I had the guy’s names that helped me out but they were awesome! Thank you!!

Will never buy tires at Costco again. Tire warranties (40k miles out of 80k tires) are a difficult process of finding the “manager” and getting someone to actually answer the phone. Once you’ve jumped through the hurdles, you’re made to feel that you’ve pulled one over on them if you are success in getting Costco to honor 50% of the manufacturer’s warranty.
