My car needed new tire pressure monitors and the tire center supervisor at this location (Noah) was very helpful in installing new pressure monitors for me and programming them. He is customer oriented with good communication skills and a pleasant personality. Thank you

We had our tires replaced here for our Rivian R1S and Tesla Model 3. After getting our R1S towed here from San Diego via AAA due to a flat, we were so thankful they had the tires we needed in stock. They also have the pucks needed to safely raise your EV. Thankful for the warranty and reduced road noise we’ve experienced thanks to the new tires!
Absolutely horrible!!!!! They have had the car all day to fix one tire!!!! At 4:30 PM, we had to call to see how it was going and when it would be ready. They proceeded to say that we needed a new tire and that one would not be able to repair. Now it is Sunday night at 4:30 and we need the car by tomorrow at 6 AM… my dad is 80 Years old and This kind of stress is totally unnecessary!!!!!! Come on Costco!!! You can do better than this, can’t you????????????? Especially when you’re helping a senior citizen!!!!!!!!!!!! So disap... read more
