Terrible customer service at the tire center from the techs today. Very condescending and argumentative. We tried to tell them that our car is a Canadian car so everything is in kilometers and you need to convert to miles before putting the mileage in the system for tire warranty purposes. They argued about that. Then we asked for a sticker for the windshield and the guy asked if it was on the paperwork. Be warned! I brought car there because my tire was leaking air! They called me to tell me they couldn’t find anything but even if they did find a nail ,my tires were worn so they wouldn’t fix back tire. I would have to purchase 4 new onesI showed them my car was just serviced in may at the dealer and it clearly showed I had 50% left on my tires! They did not care. I picked my car up went down the street to Ford dealer. They checked my tire and sure enough there was a nail. They fixed the back tire and let me know in about 2-... read more
Terrible. They couldn't repair my tired after 2 hours of waiting and told me I needed to buy 4 new tires. I went to America's Tire afterwards for a second opinion and they fixed it for free and said the hole was tiny.
