It Takes More than two hours for tire rotate.. despite an appointment. Frustating.
One of the first person to drop off the car for tire rotation in the morning (I didn’t have an appointment). By, 3PM I haven’t heard from them so decided to call and was hung up on 3 times. Came in and saw the car wasn’t even worked on. Asked the guy when it was going to be worked on, he came back with an attitude and said it’ll be next but could take up to 2 hours. I’ve always had great service with Costco but this was quite a shock coming from such a reputable company.
They never answer the phone . I ordered tires weeks ago ! Nobody can tell me if they are in !! I spent $915 on tires
I recently visited the Costco Tire Service Center for a tire rotation and balance, and I was very impressed with both the service quality and efficiency.
