Brought car in to get new tires. Requested I had old tires back. When I went to pick up car old tires were already put in my car with bright white interior. Now it’s all marked up and have to have professionally cleaned. Will reconsider using them again the future
Dropped off for new tires and picked up within 45 minutes. The tires were done before I even finished shopping. Happy with my new tires and can't beat the price!
Even though Costco is a big company, their tire center’s workaround time is very long. Even with an appointment, sometimes they don’t start work until 45 minutes after the appointment start time.
I was very please my car was done in under an hour on a Saturday! Thank you, I love my tires.
Pay for membership, the products, and the services, but there is an extra charge to plug a tire because I didn't give you money for the tire that needs plugged? The cost for a garage to plug it is already double to quadruple the price of the tool itself, but then you want to charge more? There is no need to gouge your customers even more when they are coming to you for service.
