Arrived 10:43 am to get 4 tires. Was told car would be ready in 2 1/2 hours max. I arrived back in 11/2 hours and was encouraged to see it raised on a rack. I returned 45 minutes later and spoke to a mechanic who said he did not know where anyone else was. He could not estimate when it would be done.
