Whatever money you save is not worth the amount of time you'll waste just trying to get the tires you paid for put on your car. They don't call when the tires you ordered are in, despite saying they will. If you do try to call to inquire about the tires, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. You can't leave a message to get a call back either. If you go in to inquire, you will be standing in line for awhile. Once you are finally able to talk to a person, appointments are booked out for several days.
People work there who have no idea about the specifics of wheels. They will change the wheels, I will give them one star for that. They changed my wheels, but they removed the cap for no reason. The cap is installed by the factory, if you remove it then you can't put it back, they refused to repair it. They also made a dent in the rear wing. Be careful with such craftsmen. Just wanted to share my experience at the Costco Tire Center. I've noticed that every time I get a tire rotation done here, the tire caps end up left really loose. I've even lost a few caps because of this, so I'd definitely recommend anyone coming here to double-check them after a service. Also, I've found that a basic tire rotation can sometimes mean waiting up to two and a half hours, and coming back for the re-torquing after 25 miles can mean another hour or more of waiting. Go anywhere but this place! Rude to customers, they go against corporate policy and then blame employees calling out sick. Tried calling for over 30 minutes continuously, someone answers and hangs up. Did I mention customer service sucks?!!?! Best part….. they won’t return calls if you have an appt, but you can’t change/cancel without calling!!!!! Costco used to be very picky about hiring people, clearly not the case for this one!
