Rob is a heaven sent and deserves all the good in the world!
I use Costco tire service all the time. They are quick and efficient. I only had to wait long once but, that’s because they were short staffed. I waited patiently and Drake who took care of me was very kind.
I’m not giving them 1 star because they honor their 5 year road hazard warranty, which I really appreciate. The reason for giving them 2 stars is they said they couldn’t get the lug nuts off my tire after I had waited around for an hour for my tire to get replaced. They told me I needed to have it maintained before they would take care of it. I know very little about vehicular maintenance, but I had an impact wrench so I grabbed some WD-40 and a 7/8 inch socket and tried to get them off myself. Within 2 minutes, I had all th... read more
