2025 Experience markedly improved over 6 years ago. Phenomenal tire change service with Chase and especially Austin and Joe going above and beyond with a new type of vehicle requiring a few different things for a Rivian. Good pricing but terrible service times. Set appointment but still waited nearly 2.5 hours to have new tires put on. Subsequent tire rotation appointment took nearly 3 hours. They promote their free road hazard but today I called to get a flat tire fixed only be told that I could come late Saturday. It is now early Thursday….or be prepared to wait to near closing tonight (8:30pm) and risk not being helped. How exactly does road hazard help if you can’t get in? I’d spend more and go to a local tire center.

My experience was unsatisfactory. I made an appointment for a tire rotation and a flat repair through their online service, as advertised in their warehouse for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:20 pm and checked in. I was told it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours. I asked why the delay and was told "that is how the appointments normally work" by Josh. Best deal on great tire. Costco has been the only tire place to work on my cars. New valve stems, new tires, flat repair I've only ever gone to Costco.
