Nick was awesome! Very helpful.
Good new tire prices but they are not very careful. They charged me for fixing something my car does not have, and underinflated one tire by 8 psi. They did remove the charge when I came back to complain.
2:30 appointment today. Went shopping and 45min later my vehicle wasn’t touched. Had to reschedule due to buying frozen items that couldn’t wait. Do better Costco. Update: Finally found time to come back and get my tire fixed. Over 2 hours after I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled time it still isn’t finished. This place is an absolute joke. I’ll pay the $25-$35 to get my tire fixed in 30 minutes versus the wait at this place.
HORRIBLE TIRE SERVICE CENTER! I would give no starts if possible! my mom has been waiting since 6 am today with a FLAT tire by the way, hoping to have serviced her tired. I would like to say the reps name was Brad since he picked up when I asked to speak to management, told my mom to come back because she needed an appointment, 5:30PM by the way as I was on the phone when he told her to come back. Anna at the front desk was fantastic to work with. She provided multiple tire options and detailed pricing and was great with scheduling and handling all our questions. Leland was also wonderful, he went above and beyond and provided knowledgeable tips and answers to my questions.
