THIS WAS ATROCIOUS. We called and ordered tires based off the MAKE and MODEL of our vehicle and Jevier was our customer service rep and he said we had the right size. So we went to Costco, got our tires and waited an HOUR AND A HALF and then they decided to call and tell us THEY COULDNT DO IT CAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE. Horrible and unacceptable.
I recently got my tires replaced and they serviced my tire pressure management system. The day after I left, it broke and refusing to fix it.
TERRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! 1- When you buy the tires online from them, the wait is 10 BUSINESS DAYS for the tires to even arrive at the shop! 2- I needed new tires right away, mine had been damaged. I tried to call them to ask what the had in stock and THE KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. LITERALLY! 3- Called Costco management team and explained what had happened and they just transferred me back to the Tire Center which hung up on me, AGAIN! How is it that not even management cares about customers or even higher sales numbers? See... read more

The employees at Costco Tire Center are always very helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
