I’ve been a Costco member for almost 10 years and always buy my tires here, but this experience was very disappointing. I had a nail in my tire and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for a simple nail repair. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and it felt like they didn’t care that customers were waiting. Very unprofessional service. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location.
Difficult to schedule, even if you get appointments not all information provided before hand. At the time of appointment, they surprises you. In person waiting for 15-20 min. Wouldn’t recommend to waste time. Though I’m executive member, first ever bad experience with COSTCO brand…
Like others, I foolishly make “appointments” for tire rotations and manage to be surprised when they take 2+ hours. Completely ridiculous every time. I’ll never buy tires here again, that way I won’t feel the need to take advantage of “free rotations.” 🤣 Go anywhere else.
Our appointment was at 10:30 and they didn’t start until 11:50am. They didn’t say they are sorry that they are running behind. Stay away from all Costco tire shops.
Always great service! We have been there a few times for a tire related things, including buying tires a few times.
