This is an updated review. I'm highly disappointed and mildly upset with this crew. I had an appointment yesterday for a balance and rotation. They were behind time and my appointment service lasted 2 hours when initially, they shared it would be done an hour - an hour and a half. The moment I get the car back, I'm told that my wheel locks doesn't work anymore and they had to replace with regular lug nuts. It took them 2 hours to rotate my tires because they didn’t even touch my car for 1.5 hours. No apology, not even a call ahead of time that they were running behind and need to delay the appointment. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
The customer service is really bad. When you bought tires, they claimed they had mileage warranty . But when the tire wore out quickly and you asked for mileage warranty, they provide your wrong information. Don’t believe just what they said. Make sure to check their warranty documentation and ask them to follow it . We eventually got prorated credit after hours of waiting . But we will never buy tires from Costco again!
We came to Costco to get our car tires changed. We were initially told the wait time would be 1.5 hours, which we accepted. After waiting 1.5 hours, we were then told to wait another 1.5 hours. If the wait time was going to be this long, it should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Respecting customers’ time is important, especially when people plan their day around the estimated wait time. Very disappointed with the lack of accurate communication.
Please don't even bother to walk in to the store without an appointment. Without that they would treat you like trash. Got a walkin appointment at 9.30 and time now is 2pm still waiting for my car to be fixed. The gentleman says a few hours but exact definition of fewis totally unrelated. So please come to the store only with a walking and yes your Costco executive membership means nothing.
