How about a dedicated line for picking up keys after new tires are installed and paid for beforehand? I stood in line for 20 minutes to tell the guy I got a text that my truck was ready to go. 15 seconds later he hands me a slip of paper and my keys. Why do I have to stand and wait 20 minutes to get my keys while people in front of me use the time of Costco personnel to research which tires to buy, what batteries they should get, ask if they can get tires installed with a walk-in appointment, etc.?
I love costco and the customer service on general...This is specifically for the Costco Tire center...SLOW... most of the people seem normal and hard working, but, there's a problem when getting a simple tire repaired requires a 1 hour appointment that usually runs over. I've repaired my own tires in the past and it might take 10 minutes. I watched as the "tech" painstakingly spent an hour walking back and forth as to look busy.... Worst service, I have ordered 2 tires for One car and 2 more tires for another car, who ever ordered they did order wrong tires, I ended up staying 4 hours at Costco for no reason.
Not punctual at all. I had an appointment for 4pm. I got here before that left the keys and went shopping in costco. I got a call from them around 5pm saying it would be ready at 5.20pm. So, i got back out at 5.15pm with frozen and other perishable items. It's 6.20pm now, and i am still waiting, and they're still not done. Let's see how much more it takes and hopefully my food items will not be damaged by the time i reach home.
