Worst customer service in the world. Called to make an appointment. No one answers. Call 5 more times throughout the day. Finally someone answers, immediately puts me on hold for 20 minutes... I eventually hang up.. called back and they just put me on hold again. Literally can not get a hold of these people. Extremely unprofessional.
Worst service…. Even after appointment they took 40 extra minutes to take me in. Have to explain same thing again and again. My new tires installed 6 months ago got sliced and now they said this thing is not in warranty. Totally un satisfied. giving -5 out of 5. I will say please don’t come here.
I’m don’t know why there are so many negative reviews, but I had an absolutely great experience with Clovis Costco Tire Service. I ordered my new tires online on Sunday and received them at the warehouse on Tuesday morning. Since I had already placed the order, I attempted to book an appointment for installation, but it was scheduled for next week. Absolutely trash customer service. Devin S. rude, and bad attitude. Tire appointment was at 11.30 and I waited 10mins while noone was there at the counter. I was mentioning about my new tires having no traction and he didn't want to listen at all just straight up told me "Go get new tires". Guy is lucky he has a job at Costco. Brand reputation to the gutter. Horrible attitude. Anyone trying to buy tires from Costco, please don't, look elsewhere.
