Absolutely trash customer service. Devin S. rude, and bad attitude. Tire appointment was at 11.30 and I waited 10mins while noone was there at the counter. I was mentioning about my new tires having no traction and he didn't want to listen at all just straight up told me "Go get new tires". Guy is lucky he has a job at Costco. Brand reputation to the gutter. Horrible attitude. Anyone trying to buy tires from Costco, please don't, look elsewhere.

My appointment was at 2:30pm and they got me in and out in 30 min. I was able to shop at costco while it was being done. very quick and good service !
JASON L, was extremely rude with bad customer service. We went in and he was already giving us attitude and not listening to what we were talking about. All we were telling him was that we wanted new tires because our back right was flat. After getting the point across that we wanted tires, he storm off without listening again.
