Oh, my gosh, why I didn’t check the reviews before my visit absolutely terrible experience. Honestly I didn’t expect this from Costco. I spent 1.5 hours waiting, and they didn’t even balance my tires, despite me choosing this service. Thanks, 🤦♂️
The tires were a great price and the warranty offered sounds nice but the tire center is horrible to deal with. Last week I took it in for two tires leaking (bought Oct 2024) and they said they were fixed. The next day by lunchtime it was flat again. The soonest they can get me in is 5 days!
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Danny at the Costco tire center. I stopped by the tire center at Costco with a screw in my tire and no appointment. I wasn’t sure how serious it was or what to do next. Danny immediately stopped what he was doing, came over, and calmly took the time to check it out. Just an absolutely terrible experience today. I went in to buy a car battery and there was no line. Apparently they couldn't figure out how to get the printer to work so I had to wait 20 minutes to buy a simple item. Just brutal.
