Apparently they think rotate and balance; repair one plug and check a tire for warranty means waste two hours looking for a leak I didn’t ask for and doesn’t exist. So they didn’t do it since the tire I asked about warranty is worn due to needing to be rotated and needing the alignment that’s scheduled for tmro isn’t going to happen. So that one tire is going to need to ne be fully replaced and I WONT DO IT AT COSTCO. Or the four new tires on the car and TPMS sensors.
AVOID!! Very suspicious that my Tire Pressure sensors, which Worked Perfectly before Costco Tire Center in Matthews NC replaced my tires, are all now dead and need to be replaced at $64 per sensor. The Firestones I bought here for my Ram 1500 seem good and the overall installation experience was OK but I’d never get tires here again. The left front sensor never worked after tire install. I returned to CTC to have that looked at, and the other 3 sensors mysteriously stopped working. VERY SHADY!!
Very hostile customer service. I just called to schedule an appointment, the person raised his voice at me, said I was breaking up, and rudely hung up on me within 11 seconds. I then immediately called AAA (who somehow managed to hear me just fine!) and scheduled my appointment there instead with an extremely polite rep.
I would not recommend Costco Auto Repair. I dropped off my car for Tire repair, and during the process they broke my windshield. They admitted fault and told me to contact their claims department. It’s now been over 3 weeks, and I still haven’t received any response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service.
Oh, my gosh, why I didn’t check the reviews before my visit absolutely terrible experience. Honestly I didn’t expect this from Costco. I spent 1.5 hours waiting, and they didn’t even balance my tires, despite me choosing this service. Thanks, 🤦♂️
