Very hostile customer service. I just called to schedule an appointment, the person raised his voice at me, said I was breaking up, and rudely hung up on me within 11 seconds. I then immediately called AAA (who somehow managed to hear me just fine!) and scheduled my appointment there instead with an extremely polite rep.
I would not recommend Costco Auto Repair. I dropped off my car for Tire repair, and during the process they broke my windshield. They admitted fault and told me to contact their claims department. It’s now been over 3 weeks, and I still haven’t received any response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service.
Oh, my gosh, why I didn’t check the reviews before my visit absolutely terrible experience. Honestly I didn’t expect this from Costco. I spent 1.5 hours waiting, and they didn’t even balance my tires, despite me choosing this service. Thanks, 🤦♂️
The tires were a great price and the warranty offered sounds nice but the tire center is horrible to deal with. Last week I took it in for two tires leaking (bought Oct 2024) and they said they were fixed. The next day by lunchtime it was flat again. The soonest they can get me in is 5 days!
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Danny at the Costco tire center. I stopped by the tire center at Costco with a screw in my tire and no appointment. I wasn’t sure how serious it was or what to do next. Danny immediately stopped what he was doing, came over, and calmly took the time to check it out.
