When you try calling, they simply place you on hold indefinitely. This has happened three days in a row, three different calls.
Took much longer than they estimated

I’m sharing this experience to caution others about a breakdown in communication and lack of accountability at the Costco Tire Center. After discovering a screw in the rear passenger-side tire, I initially called to make an appointment. PJ answered the call but was too busy to help, so I went in person to schedule the service. They charge you up front for a tire repair all all for them to tell you 2.5 hrs later of waiting that you need a new tire. The tire only had a nail it but they want to say there is other things wrong with it so they can sell you new tires. I will be getting my 1.5 year old tire somewhere else. You can see an update with a pic of the tire fixed.. FYI there was 4 other people wait for over 2 hrs for simple thing like a tire rotation.
