Terrible! The tire prices may be good but no warranty if you don't have them rotate the tires, over two hours to rotate tires every time! I had to return to get them to rebalance the tires because they didn't do it right the first time. 2 1/2 hours to balance tires!! I love Costco but i will be quitting the tire side.
Sitting in tire center over 2 hours to put on new tires The process and management of wait time is awful. Costco needs to fix this I had an appointment, showed up early, and no remorse or expediting. Still no estimate of completion at 2.5 hours.
Matt is the man. The shop was slammed, but he still made time to take care of me quickly and got everything handled like a pro. You don’t see that kind of hustle and customer care every day. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing and gets it done, ask for Matt. Highly recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Costco Tire Center. Despite having an appointment, it took over 90 minutes to complete a simple tire rotation. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the staff can’t stick to it? To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when I asked for an update. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Costco, but this experience has made me reconsider returning for any future tire services.
I waited for my keys for a half hour because it didn’t occur to the guys at the front desk to check the key box. In their defense, they are always slammed and always understaffed.
