The service was good. Once I got it scheduled. I found their scheduling process to be a bit confusing and difficult to change but probably more the operator. Everything with the tire replacement went smooth until I drove home. Halfway home my tire sensor went on that my air pressure was low. So I was a bit disappointed. I was also disappointed that they could not align the tires. Who buys new tires without getting a front end alignment. So now I have to make an appointment with a different garage. Years ago i used to have summer tires switched over from winter tires and winter switched to summer tires here every year… Informed i could no longer do that now unless i bought Costcos tires… Second occurrence here was few months ago I had brought a truck here that had brand new TPMS sensors just needed to be programmed. I'd rate this a 0 star if I could. DO NOT take your vehicle here. They sheered a piece one of my stud bolts off my subaru baja and cross-threaded the lugnut onto it. I took it back for them to fix it only for them to tell me they can't and I'd have to pay to fix it. On top of that they lifted my car in the wrong place and damaged my rear rocker. 0/5 Stars from me.
I purchased a set of tires. I arrived on my scheduled visit to have to install them, only to get a phone call a few minutes later saying that he couldn't change my tires because they don't have the right tool to get the lug nuts off. That doesn't make sense to me because they replaced my tires 4 years earlier. How does a tire shop not have every tool under the sun required to replace a set of tires?
