The first time I ordered my prescription I ordered 2, they only processed 1. This time I called in to fill 2 and 27hours later only 1 is ready and still working on the other… shouldn’t take that long! Absolutely ridiculous
If I could give them a zero I would. Very bad disappointing service. They are always late. They promised the prescription will be ready in 45 minutes. I went after the time, it is still not ready. They never respected the time of the patients. No good counseling about the medication. This happens frequently, it’s not the first time.
Never answers phones in the Pharmacy.... Everytime someone answers and say to hold pls and that's it. Eventually phone gets disconnected
Waiting 45 minutes for just one medication is unacceptable.
I am from out of Province and out of medication so I called, and they were very accommodating and called back quickly to give a prescription to tie me over.
