The clerks can be rude and condescending, while at the same time screwing up our claims and wasting our time with repeated visits and back-and-forth calls. Very disappointing — I already regret coming here.
Stood 25 min in que for pick up n then saw second employee returning from break on the vacated second pick up counter. It won't be wrong to assume in 60 min break atleast 50 clients had be wasted 20 min each Math: 50*20=1000 constructive minutes. I am thinking why I am in so love with cotsco Poorly managed pharmacy
The first time I ordered my prescription I ordered 2, they only processed 1. This time I called in to fill 2 and 27hours later only 1 is ready and still working on the other… shouldn’t take that long! Absolutely ridiculous
If I could give them a zero I would. Very bad disappointing service. They are always late. They promised the prescription will be ready in 45 minutes. I went after the time, it is still not ready. They never respected the time of the patients. No good counseling about the medication. This happens frequently, it’s not the first time.
Never answers phones in the Pharmacy.... Everytime someone answers and say to hold pls and that's it. Eventually phone gets disconnected
