The Best of Times, The Worst of Lines The Good: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the pharmacists and support staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and somehow manage the complexities of direct billing with a level of expertise that borders on magic. The Bad: Be prepared for chaos. The clerks can be rude and condescending, while at the same time screwing up our claims and wasting our time with repeated visits and back-and-forth calls. Very disappointing — I already regret coming here.
