Tried a few times to reach their pharmacy dept to ask a question but they don't answer their phone and their mailbox is full.
I was reluctant to change my pharmacy to Costco because I heard about long waits and phone calls not getting answered, but I was pleasantly surprised about how good my experience was. Previous pharmacies were regularly out of stock of my medication and id have to wait. I called to check if they had my meds anf was answered within 5 min, when I called to get my prescription filled they answered within 5m, and when I went to pick up my prescription on a Saturday at 1030am I waited less than 5min. The pharmacist named Dee was extremely rude and uneducated about filling my prescription. When I asked her if this was Costco Pharmacy #548 (this location is) she adamantly denied and said it was #541 and she didn’t have my prescription….. thankfully another pharmacist stepped in and corrected her. How does a pharmacist not even know their own location???
