One of the pharmacist is having a really bad attitude, keep saying I don’t understand what you talking about. If you don’t understand, you should tell the client that which part you don’t understand so that it can be resolved, instead of hanging there and hope the client to give up. Be patient to your client.
The pharmacy refused to special order me something stating it cannot be ordered via their wholesaler. This is a lie because i called the expo location and they ordered me the product. Plain lazy and lack of customer service!
Very efficient, but very busy when picking up your meds. Staff is friendly.
This pharmacy has some real variation in how they interact with customers. Most of the time it’s fine and the people are clearly working hard and trying to do their best. However Dee is incredibly rude. On my last visit I needed to add my insurance info so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. This turned very quickly into her lecturing me about putting my insurance detail on file. It turned out she didn’t know how to do it which is likely why she got so riled up by the request.
