First time ever calling on my own (gotta be a big kid now) zero answers. Waited 30 minutes tried calling again, radio silence. Incredibly frustrating.
This pharmacy continues to go downhill. Especially in the last 2 years. Long waits and bad customer service. It is not worth the lower price of a few dollars. The pharmacy clerk who answers the phone and takes your perscription is extremely difficult to deal with or get a straight answer from. She has worked there a few years now. Zero concept of customer service. Where is management oversight?
