Definitely deserves the low rating, but should be lower. Won’t have medications ready whe n they say they will, will not call when they don’t have a medication in stock and will wait till you come to pick it up to tell you. I get that phone lines are overcrowded by people trying to call about prescriptions but maybe when you don’t fill them with correct dosages or have them ready when you say they will there’s a reason everyone calls about it. My wife was prescribed monjaro for diabetes wich is an injection pen when it was time to take this medication the instructions said to make sure there was no air bubbles and explained how to remove them when every effort was made to no avail we returned to the pharmacy with this defective device only to be told by the pharmacist basically to bad so sad and to contact the manufacturer. not very well trained staff, waited until the next day to pick up a med, was told it was discontinued and she would have to fax the DR for a replacement, they would call me back. its been 5 days not a word, The pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart said the Costco Pharmacist could have prescribed a new med (eye drops ) without needing the DR. Costo is pissing me off

First time ever calling on my own (gotta be a big kid now) zero answers. Waited 30 minutes tried calling again, radio silence. Incredibly frustrating.
