I get costco is busy, and its not the staffs fault... but they NEVER answer the phone. It just rings and rings. I'll try multiple times ( sometimes I give up and try the next day) no answer!
Most of the time they wont attend the phone calls. So if you have prescription sent by the doctor, situation wants you to go there physically. Sometime ready in 2 hours or the next day. Otherwise costco is costco.
Definitely deserves the low rating, but should be lower. Won’t have medications ready whe n they say they will, will not call when they don’t have a medication in stock and will wait till you come to pick it up to tell you. I get that phone lines are overcrowded by people trying to call about prescriptions but maybe when you don’t fill them with correct dosages or have them ready when you say they will there’s a reason everyone calls about it. My wife was prescribed monjaro for diabetes wich is an injection pen when it was time to take this medication the instructions said to make sure there was no air bubbles and explained how to remove them when every effort was made to no avail we returned to the pharmacy with this defective device only to be told by the pharmacist basically to bad so sad and to contact the manufacturer.
