Very useless pharmacy. Been a week since my Doctor sent in a prescription to be filled and haven't heard anything if it's ready. Tried using online contact and no reply. Tried phoning many times and no one ever answers. It's like wasting people's time is okay. I don't care Costco pharmacy is lower cost, this kind of a crappy service I'll just go elsewhere.
This was the first time I had a negative experience with this pharmacy. I called to request a refill, and the person who answered was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that my prescription would not be refilled the same day because they were very busy. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no reason to speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Good customer service is important, especially in their area. Call these guys a bunch of times on numerous occasions and no one ever answers the phone. It's as if no one works here. 🤦
