Walgreens used to be my pharmacy and they were dreadful. I switched to this Costco pharmacy and it has been life changing. People pick up the phone here AND when they do they are nice AND they actually help. I’ve only been using this pharmacy for 3 months and it’s already saved hours and removed all frustration from getting a rx filled.
They refuse to order anything but standard cheap generics that THEY get a good deal on. Not all generic meds are created equal, and Ive had trouble with some brands. Not worth risking your health when you are paying for the meds you should get what you want. Not at costco. This with long wait times, over loaded staff and long lines when you go to pickup meds. No thank you.
I appreciate their hours, promptness, and that they pick up their phones so I can verify anything before I come in.
